Raiffeisen Tech Poland, headquartered in Warsaw, is a team of more than 200 talented IT specialists who combine technology, innovation, and business expertise to help build the banking of tomorrow.
This is where projects such as Copernicus, R-Flex, myRaiffeisen, Small Tickets Landing, Apex, T24 Hub, NMADB, and ESG Data Hub are created and continuously developed — solutions that are making a real impact on the future of financial services across the entire RBI Group.
Delivery Center Bucharest Raiffeisen Tech Romania
Raiffeisen Tech Romania team, based in Bucharest, brings together IT and business specialists to create innovative technological solutions. They work on developing the Cortex platform, which automates business processes and optimizes operations. This helps the RBI Group manage data efficiently, automate routine tasks, and improve operational efficiency. The team also manages the oCRM platform, a cloud-based CRM system enabling customer relationship management, sales process automation, and data analysis.
Delivery Center Prishtina Raiffeisen Tech Kosovo
Raiffeisen Tech Kosovo team, based in Pristina, is a dynamic technology center. The team focuses on software engineering, integration, and data analysis. They work on developing platforms like eCase, which supports case and process management, and Apex, a modern system for document management and business process optimization. They are also well-known for managing Archer platform, and providing operational excellence in IT asset management. On top of this, they provide Cyber Defense services to the RBI group in many areas of cyber security.
