About the job
RICE Tribe is responsible for implementing the Real Time Integration Strategy in our Group. One of the focus points of the Tribe is to provide integration services to agile teams to ease the pain of integration. Currently the RICE tribe consists of the API Management and Guidance team and the Event Integration and Guidance team.
To support our Product Owners and agile feature teams, we are looking for a Business Analyst who can breakdown diverse complex and volatile business challenges into meaningful pieces, which can be built by the team in an agile way.
The core facts
- Be a value-adding enabler for our agile Feature Teams
- Creation of value-adding and meaningful documentation in strong alignment with stakeholders
- Support Product Owners in epic and user story creation
- Support Product Owner in structuring, breaking down the backlog and decision-making
- Understand Rest API / Open API 3.0 implementation standards, follow market developments in financial industry standards e.g. PSD2 / ISO
- Define API schemas together with business domain owners
- Contribute to agile ceremonies
- Elaborate detailed mappings for APIs
- Support agile teams during sprints
- Support system integration and user acceptance tests for group Apis
Your core compenetencies
- University degree or similar with business or technical background
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the finance industry, preferably in the digital area
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Engineering
- Very good knowledge of requirements engineering methods
- Good data modeling knowledge
- Very good communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- Team player and having customer orientation
- Experience with SCRUM or Kanban is an advantage
- Hands-on experience with rest API’is an plus
- High level of commitment and motivation
- Analytical, result-oriented and structured way of working
- Experience in working in an agile environment
- Willingness to travel on business trips to our network banks in CEE

You can meet your future colleagues from IT and HR team, get more information about the role, ask questions and have a flavour of our culture and atmosphere.
