The core facts

  • Design and implement machine learning models with a focus on operational deployment and scalability.
  • Work within the Databricks platform to create robust data pipelines and machine learning workflows.
  • Utilize containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes for model deployment and management.
  • Integrate and adapt Large Language Models and Generative AI tools to enhance operational processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Monitor, analyze, and operate machine learning models in production.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in machine learning operations (MLOps) and related technologies.

Your core competences

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in machine learning engineering with a focus on operations.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with Databricks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent knowledge of English; German is appreciated but not mandatory.

Nice to have

  • Certifications in Databricks, Docker, Kubernetes, or related technologies.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for deploying and managing applications in a distributed environment.
  • Experience with cloud services and architectures.
  • Familiarity with Large Language Models and Generative AI tools and their application in a business context.
  • A track record of successful collaboration in a multinational team environment.

  • After the pandemic, we operate on a hybrid basis.

  • Our office is located in the Koneser Praga Centre in Warsaw's Praga district. In the 19th century, the famous vodka factory "Koneser" was located here.
  • On site you will find restaurants, bars, cafes, a fitness club, medical centers, a modern hotel, art galleries and museums.

  • We have a private terrace at our disposal.
