Join the development of our digital platform for corporate and banking clients as an experienced to senior digital product designer. We are looking for someone who can evaluate and solve complex business challenges and translate them into tangible solutions within an agile team.

The core facts
- Conducting and facilitating co-creation and Design Thinking workshops with stakeholders, business owners, business analysts and developers to understand product requirements
- Collecting requirements and translating them into wireframes, sketches, user flows and high-fidelity mockups or prototypes
- Close collaboration with Scrum team (PO, business analysts and developers) as well as stakeholders and UX Designers from other teams working on the platform
- Taking care of visual consistency of the app, using the existing design system, maintaining it and updating in collaboration with UX team and front-end developers
- Collecting and analysing feedback from end-users and proposing product improvements accordingly
Your core competences
- min. 3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer
- Fluency in using Figma and Miro
- Knowledge of best practices in UI design
- Ability to run in-depth interviews and usability tests with users
- Ideating design concepts at both high and low fidelity levels, and ability to adjust the approach to the current project stage
- Strong team-player with great communication and presentation skills
- Having a structured way of working, being pro-active and result-oriented
- Ability to present and discuss design decisions both with the team and with stakeholders
- Workshop facilitation skills
- Experience working in an Agile environment / Scrum team
- Practical knowledge of accessibility principles and WCAG guidelines
Nice to have
- Experience in banking / financial industry
- German language
