vacancy: Business Analyst Cash Management
We are looking for a Business Analyst to develop and transform our payment landscape.
About the Job
Our product stream Cash Management is the “heart of banking operations” providing state-of-the-art Cash Management solutions and delivering superior customer experience for large international corporate and institutional clients. “CMI” consists of 40 highly skilled and enthusiastic colleagues from Business and IT distributed over different countries and works closely together with several international vendors and stakeholders. CMI is based on the latest technology to build an innovative product for our customer base.
As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in modernizing and transforming our payment landscape by supporting the replacement and enhancement of multiple core payment applications within our infrastructure.
The core facts
- Acquire in-depth understanding of the existing payment landscape and create comprehensive requirements
- Understand and analyze the capabilities of vendor solutions and identify gaps to our requirements
- Facilitate requirements workshops
- Analyze and document business requirements / change requests / business processes, take part in feasibility studies
- Closely cooperate with various stakeholders in the Raiffeisen Group
- Support development and test teams during implementation – especially in the areas of APIs and system integration into RBI’s groupwide landscape
- Evaluate processes, proactively anticipate needs, and uncover areas for improvement
Your core competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in informatics, Business Informatics, Administration/Economics, or equivalent
- Proven experience in business analysis or requirement engineering
- In depth knowledge of Payments and Cash Management processes and message formats or a similar business area with willingness to learn and grow
- Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Strong team player with a service-oriented mindset, high commitment, and motivation
- Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to embrace new challenges
- Fluent in English to collaborate in an international environment
Nice to have
- Familiarity with agile working environment and software proficiency (Jira & Confluence)
- Experiences in testing of applications and APIs
- SQL and Scripting skillsGerman or CEE languages
