About the Job
IT Delivery DWH oversees all innovations and operations within Enterprise Data Warehouse, which supports RBI's bank steering functions (Finance, Risk, and Regulatory). Intercultural skills and customer orientation are essential success factors for our international team.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Data Warehouse Developer to help us develop and maintain ETL process with internally developed code automation tool. As a Data Warehouse Developer your role will be to maintain, update and optimize source code, analyze data anomalies caused by new business requirements, support deployment of new software and collaborate with stakeholders to solve technical and content problems.
The core facts
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines
- Develop and optimize data processing workflows and scripts
- Contribute to data integration from various sources, ensuring data consistency and quality; assist in the monitoring and performance tuning of data systems to ensure their reliability and efficiency
- Support regression testing by executing tests, analyzing results, and identifying deviations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to maintain system integrity
- Follow and ensure adherence to development policies and architecture
- Constantly improve product quality, and performance
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand diverse perspectives
- Contribute to overall process and teamwork improvements
Your core competencies
- University degree or relevant experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferable in the Data Warehouse/ Business Intelligence area
- Hands-on experience with SQL scripting
- Hands-on experience in setting-up ETL Pipelines and integration with various data sources
- Experience with data integration knowledge
- Experience with Teradata and Teradata concepts is a plus
- Knowledge of the most important bank steering business processes (finance, risk management) is a plus
- Experience with SCRUM way of working
- Ability to collaborate effectively and harmoniously with others, demonstrating strong commitment and motivation, while also being capable of working independently
- Ability to analyze information, identify problems, and find solutionsAbility to present ideas and information in an engaging and understandable manner to all stakeholders
- Fluent knowledge of English
