About the Job

Retail Customer Engagement Tribe is seeking a skilled Technical Consultant to help us developing Operative CRM on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. As Salesforce Consultant you have extensive knowledge of Salesforce's suite of products and services as well as experience in the Retail Banking (branches and call centre in particular). 

The core facts

  • Work with Network Banks and functional consultants to understand retail customer relationship management requirements and provide expert advice and guidance on technical feasibility and best practices for implementing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
  • Design and develop customized solutions for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementations, including Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components and integrations with other systems
  • Conduct code reviews and quality assurance checks to ensure adherence to industry best practices
  • Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing and deployment activities to ensure successful implementation of solutions
  •  Provide ongoing post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system maintenance
  • Participating in product enhancement and continues development

Your core competencies

  • At least 3 years of experience in a technical consulting role with a focus on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or Service Cloud (Marketing Cloud is advantage)
  • Experience with Apex development, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components
  • Understanding of AWS based integration solution
  • Experience in event driven architecture (Apache Kafka)
  • Handling tasks of integration with Salesforce via SSO using PingFederate
  • Understanding CI/CD and help vendor to utilize CI/CD tools
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce's suite of products and services, including Financial Services Cloud and Marketing Cloud
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, architecture design and systems integration
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently
  • Willingness for continuous learning and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in Salesforce and IT industry
  • Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II and/or Salesforce Certified Financial Services Cloud Consultant) are highly preferred
  • You are familiar with agile working methods

In December, the employees who started their employment relationship with us by January inclusive and who have an employment contract in force on the date of payment, will receive the 13th salary.
