We are looking for a Zscaler Support to implement and support in running the Group Zero Trust solution Zscaler.

Join the Zero Trust Operations specialists which take care of day-to-day critical operations through overseeing and supporting the implementation of Zero Trust architectures, operational performance and implement security controls on an international scale within a financial sector.
The core facts
- Implement and support in running the Group Zero Trust solution Zscaler
- L2/L3 troubleshooting of the incidents until resolved
- Supporting with individual and group projects and implementations
- Complete service requests and execute changes that are assigned
- Escalate issues/incidents/ requests to vendors and follow-up until closure
- Ensure that SLAs for each task assigned are adhered to
- Collaborate with Network and Infrastructure teams in an international environment
- Actively support and contribute to Zscaler community in the Raiffeisen Bank International Group
- Support in terms of cost optimization of existing and future Zero Trust solutions
- Participate in on-call rotation during escalations and emergencies
Your core competencies
- You possess 5+ years’ experience as a network administrator (or equivalent) within a large organization, ideally in the financial or insurance sector
- You have deep experience in implementations & operations of proxies/ CASB solutions/ firewalls/ DLP engines and/or Sandbox’s’)
- You have a thorough understanding of networking protocols - CCNA/JNCIA level knowledge is required (CCNP/ CompTIA+ is an advantage)
- Cloud certifications are seen as an advantage (AWS/ Azure)
- Good knowledge in Wireshark Analysis or other analysis tools
- Good understating of Active Directory Domains Services
- Good Incident analysis and response knowledge
- You are a team player, able to work collaboratively with people at all levels
- You have a hands-on mentality and enjoy exploring new ideas and techniques
- Strong written and oral communication skills (English is a must)
