About the project and product

We have developed a custom CRM solution designed to empower account managers, product managers, and other professionals to engage with customers in the Financial Institutions and Corporate segment. Our primary focus lies in delivering a comprehensive 360-degree customer view, where users can effortlessly access all relevant data from banking systems, external sources, and their inputs. This holistic perspective includes planned transactions, customer contacts, and relationship development plans. Moreover, our reporting layer streamlines data aggregation, facilitating efficient sales team management. 

Time, mode

Copernicus is a cloud-based application comprising multiple microservices and leveraging state-of-the-art technologies. As part of our development process, you can expect to collaborate with external systems, seamlessly integrating them through files, REST APIs, queues, and events.  Having launched the project in January 2019 as CRM, the application became available to users in Austria by October of the same year.

At Raiffeisen Tech, we embrace a user-centric approach, collaborating with our clients to generate innovative ideas and features. We employ highly effective techniques like User Story Mapping and Event Storming to ensure Copernicus evolves to meet the dynamic needs of our valued users.  

Collaboration is key

We are continuously working on the development of the CRM, closely aligning it with our strategic goals and incorporating invaluable user feedback. We release a new version each month, ensuring that our CRM remains at the forefront of innovation. Recently, we renamed the system, Copernicus, inspired by the great astronomer Nicolaus Copernicus, who serves as our symbolic "guardian".
