About the project and product

Our team actively implements solutions for myRaiffeisen.com, integrating existing offerings and building our own. Today, the main goal of the products built by Eagle is to improve the customer experience and improve business processes, mainly in the area of institutional customers, but also in the area of corporate RBI and network banks.

Time & tools

We started in April 2020 with a clear focus on enhancing customer experience and improving business processes in the institutional and corporate segments of RBI and network banks. So far we have enriched myRaiffeisen platform with following features:

  • Build from scratch by Eagle : ePIC (Payment Information Center), eSAO (Securities Account Opening), eTradeOn IC (Trade Finance service for Institutions).
  • Build externally, but connected to myRaiffeisen by Eagle : CMBS (Cash Management Billing Solution).
  • Build by DaVinci and enhanced for ICs by Eagle : eKYC (Know Your Customer).

Our applications are not always only client facing, Eagle also covers internal part of processes by providing convenient tools for several RBI departments. At the current stage our services are used in Head Office, but we are currently starting implementation of eKYC IC to our Network Banks, namely in Romania and Croatia with plans of further scaling in upcoming years. Our goals for upcoming months
also cover further development of eTradeOn IC and eSAO, with aim to bring the customer experience to even higher standards.

Our approach - how we created the product

Listening to our customers and analyzing the competition's digitalization efforts, we strive to deliver innovative solutions. We have implemented various enhancements and functionalities for institutional clients in the eKYC service. Our tailored forms, prefill function, data transmission for analysis, and editable PDFs have improved the user experience and efficiency.

With our growing involvement in the blossom of MyRaiffeisen we want to better understand needs and activity of our users on platform therefore we are also putting right now more efforts to statistics, KPI measurement in order to understand what needs to be still improved.

Team collaboration

Our team's primary focus is developing new applications and expanding existing ones in Raiffeisen's core product areas. Recently, our focus has been on the eSAO application, streamlining collaboration between internal departments for opening securities accounts. We are dedicated to maximizing the efficiency of this process and constantly improving our solutions.
