Raiffeisen Tech Kosovo LLC

RTECH Kosovo, a subsidiary of Raiffeisen Tech GmbH in Austria, was officially formed as a legal entity on July 1, 2024. However, its operations date back to 2014 when it started as a unit within Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo, aimed at delivering IT services to Raiffeisen Bank International.

RTECH Kosovo specializes in software and data engineering services for RBI and its network banks, in addition to offering information security and IT service management. The company also excels in low-code development using platforms such as Archer, Appian, and the MS Power Platform.

Since 2014, RTECH Kosovo has created numerous software and data solutions that have enhanced customer services for RBI and its network banks. The company has also developed the group's Governance, Risk, Security, and Compliance platform using Archer and supported the group establish its Security Operations Center.

We are continually growing our team and services, with the objective of expanding to over 150 professionals within the next two years.
